12. Immediate access and early commencement of services
Certain online courses, digital products, and services are made available immediately after purchase.

The legal effect of that request or consent depends on the nature of the product or service and applicable South African law.

15. Coaching and consulting appointments
Scheduled coaching sessions and consulting appointments should be attended at the agreed time.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice, unless another notice period is specified in your service agreement.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, and requests for rescheduling will be handled reasonably, taking into account:

• Preparation already completed. 

• Whether the appointment can reasonably be reallocated. 

• Relevant circumstances communicated by the customer. 

• Applicable consumer protection requirements.
