Certain online courses, digital products, and services are made available immediately after purchase.
Where relevant, you may be asked during checkout to request or consent to immediate access or the commencement of services before the expiry of any applicable statutory cooling-off period.
The legal effect of that request or consent depends on the nature of the product or service and applicable South African law.
ChoiceWyze will not rely on immediate access or early commencement to exclude any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Scheduled coaching sessions and consulting appointments should be attended at the agreed time.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice, unless another notice period is specified in your service agreement.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, and requests for rescheduling will be handled reasonably, taking into account:
