Choice determination

The choice determination process identified the key choices and their associated initiatives that optimise the business model, moves it towards its success objectives and keeps it on the path of sustained success

 

Choice type classification

Any choice made can be classified into one of the following:

1. Unchanged: Leave things as they are; continue as before; continue doing the same thing in the same way

2. Create: Choose to do something new

3. Terminate: Choose to stop doing or remove something

4. Raise: Choose to do something differently by raising its level.  This could entail doing more or adding capability or both.

5. Reduce: Choose to do something differently by reducing its level. This could entail doing less or reducing capability
